The Airwave PressureGUARD Bariatric Mattress System is an advanced, auto-adjustable therapy solution designed to protect very high-risk patients from developing pressure ulcers and to support the healing of existing wounds. Purpose-built for bariatric care, this system combines intelligent technology with superior comfort, ensuring both patient safety and caregiver efficiency.

Its intuitive pump system automatically detects weight and body mass distribution, removing the need for manual input, while delivering individualised pressure adjustments in real time. This adaptability allows caregivers to respond quickly to changes in a patient’s condition, maintaining an optimal therapeutic environment.

For patients requiring zero pressure in vulnerable areas such as the heels, sacrum or shoulder blades, the PressureGUARD™ cells can be removed instantly without disturbing the patient. Using the ClickFit mechanism, they are replaced with shallower LINK cells to completely offload pressure where it is most needed.
