Returns and Refunds
Do you have any warranty policies?
Not all our products are covered under warranty; however, some manufacturers may have warranties associated with their products, provided that the product has been used within their guidelines.
We are more than happy to help with any warranty queries and can assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take the upmost care when packaging your order, but sometimes things do get damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to get a new product out to you as soon as we can.
It really helps if you sign for the product as damaged with our delivery partners!
How long would it take for me to receive a refund for my purchase?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How do I go about returning a product to you?
If a product is not faulty, you can contact our office for a return’s authorisation, and then send your product back to us. Please ensure it is in a resealable condition on return, and for obvious reasons, some personal hygiene products cannot be returned.
When should I expect my order?
You can expect to receive your order the next day after ordering if you order before 4pm.
At the top of our website, you can see a countdown timer which highlights how long you have left to order for next day delivery.
Please note - some couriers are not being held to their next day service at this time, but we can assure you your order will leave us on the day it is placed, if ordered by 4pm.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK only. Please bear in mind, that there may be additional postage and packaging when delivering to the following areas of the UK:
- Isle of Wight
- Northern Scotland
- Republic of Ireland
We do not deliver to UK islands outside of the mainland area. This includes Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey.
How much does it cost for delivery?
If the total cost of your order is £50 or more, excluding VAT, and you live within the UK Mainland, delivery will be free. Orders below the £75 limit will include an £6.00 (ex. VAT) small order handling charge.
I never received my order. What should I do now?
Please get in contact as soon as you can, so we can perform the relevant tracking process, or if unsuccessful, get a new order out to you as soon as we can!
What if a product I have ordered is out of stock?
On occasion, there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause a product to go out of stock. If this is the case, we will aim to contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative if one is available. If you have already paid and do not wish to receive an alternative, we will process a refund back to your payment method.
I want to know if you carry a specific brand/colour/size/width?
We list over 1100 products but have access to an even wider range - we will try our best to find exactly what you need! Please get in contact via email or phone and we will see what we can do!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the following forms:

- Credit Accounts (Subject to approval - contact us for the relevant forms)
I would like to cancel or amend an order that I have placed with you. How do I go about this?
