Able to accommodate full size (1/1) gastronorm trolleys and with a 75kg chilling capacity, the BCCF RI 1 is ideal for high demand sites which quickly turn around large volumes of foods, such as bakeries and dark/ghost kitchens. Powerful and heavy duty, the chiller can quickly bring food from +70°C to +3°C in under 90 minutes - essential for food hygiene compliance.
Featuring easy to use Surf navigation touch controls and high quality stainless steel construction, the chiller is exceptionally easy to use and clean. And as the unit is roll-in, there's no need to transfer foods or de-tray - simply wheel the trolley directly into the chiller. The BCCFRI1 also features freezer functionality and can freeze up to 15kg safely.
Please note: remote condensing unit is not included. For a complete installation, the installer will need to specify suitable pipe work running to remote condensing unit. Also requires connection to an external drain.
