With a slim design, this eight litre model would fit comfortably in any kitchen lacking for space but requiring a regular production of fried foods. Thanks to a handy multi-level basket system, you can hang your frying basket above the oil chamber after cooking to drain any excess oil from the food, leaving it appetisingly crisp. When frying doughnuts or larger fish, simply remove the basket before cooking and use the integral fish plate housed in the drop in chamber. A drainage tap on the front of the unit allows for effortless draining of cooking oils when finished, and removes the need to wait for the oil to cool.
