Description

Compact and reliable, the Classeq D400 dishwasher offers commercial dishwashing performance within a small 450mm width footprint - ideal for smaller venues such as cafés, coffee shops or B&Bs. Each three minute load can accommodate up to 9 full size dinner plates, as well cutlery and small utensils, effectively ensuring the contents are left with a sparkling finish ready for the next use. Simple two-button controls and durable double-skinned door construction ensure ease of use, improved efficiency and quieter operation.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

How does water drain from the Classeq D400?

The Classeq D400 has a gravity drain, meaning that water is naturally drained from the machine without any pumps. As such, if your drain outlet is level or above that of the drainage point of the machine, you'll need an external drain pump. See the diagram above for more information. The D400 is supplied with a drain hose so you can connect the floor drainage.

Do I need to connect a water softener to the D400?

If this machine is used in a medium or hard water area, an optional external water softener is required. This is to prevent limescale build-up inside the unit, whilst also helping to maintain good water quality for the best washing results. Limescale build-up can cause commercial dishwashers to fail, so it's vital to double check the water supply in your area if you're not sure.
