Our two options available include a Hair Wash Basin, and Invacare's innovative Shower Commode design.
The Hair Wash Basin assists with washing patients' hair in their bed. It is best used with patients who still have a degree of head and trunk movement, as the Basin works by positioning an individual's head and shoulders into the Basin, ready for them to be shampooed. The Shower Commode product is more suitable for chair-bound patients, alongside those with rehabilitative or degenerative neurological based conditions. The latter instead features a tilt angle operation, alongside a headrest, that will both help to make an individual feel as comfortable as possible, no matter which angle or place they are positioned in. Both products act as effective solutions for ensuring that individuals who need help with movement can still be washed.
