The Hygiplas water resistant digital thermometer ensures precise temperature readings and is ideal to use in any food industry.
Supplied with a 3.5Øx 120 mm stainless steel penetration probe, the thermometer can be used as a conventional food penetration probe thermometer. With this tool, you can accurately get readings in seconds, making it easy for you to measure the temperature of your ingredients, helping you eliminate the risk of food poisoning in your kitchen.
The tool is also water resistant, meaning it can be used to measure the temperature of water, hot beverages and water-based foods without breaking. Boasting a temperature range of -50 -+200°C, the utensil can perform any task you require of it.
