This 7ltr Yellow Sharpsguard Bin will help to protect you during waste disposal procedures, even against materials that are considered among the most hazardous. 

This Bin and the operation of it will fall under the 'Safe Management of Healthcare Waste' guidance originally published by the Department of Health (2006). This guidance provides a national colour-coded system for managing and disposing sharps and other healthcare wastes.

The Bin comes with a colour-coded lid and label, to ensure that it is easy to seperate and dispose of waste. You will able to manage your waste effectively, due to this bin easily allowing you to dispose based on the current best practices and regulations. This Bin can also dispose of sharp object that are contaminated with medicinal products and their residues (EWC 18-01-09), other than cytotoxic and/or cytostatic medicines. This makes this container ideal for putting in your hazardous sharps waste into one container. The Bin comes with an opaque coloured door, clearly showing when the door is in the temporary or fully closed position.
